Our wedding was in June, we had two months to prepare as it was quite quick. Ryan performed at our wedding ceremony in 2013. He was such a special part of our wedding in creating an intimate personal atmosphere with his music during the ceremony and entertaining our guests after while photos were being taken. The process of booking Ryan was very easy and he was very responsive in answering our questions.

Highly recommended. There is so much praise for Ryan it is hard to pick where to start. Ryan’s communication leading up to our wedding was clear and very helpful. He was so accommodating at all points of contact including on the day. We ran early (who does that on their wedding day) but Ryan was able to accommodate our timings, and everything went off without issue. He even customized a family/friend favorite song which people are still talking about it. We started our ceremony with Ryan as a solo, he was fantastic and really added to the atmosphere. We turned it up a little later on with his band and the danced floor was never empty. At one stage our guests were having so much fun singing along that it got a little loud and we temporally closed down the speaker system (sorry Ryan). Ryan left our guests wanting more and they are still talking about how good Ryan and the band were. Thank you Ryan!

We chose Ryan to play at our wedding after several word of mouth recommendations, and wow did he deliver!

Ryan was asked to set up three separate stations at our venue to perform at the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception, which he did with no fuss. On top of this we asked Ryan to learn two new songs for the Ceremony and First Dance to be played live, and the results were stunning.

Ryan entertained our guests from start to finish with multiple live sets and a DJ Set to finish (in which he took several requests from our guests).

Through every literal fall, crazy wind, change of plans, song request etc he was quick to offer solutions and all with a smile on his face. From the beginning Ryan made out ceremony very personalised, fun and full of love. We told Ryan our story and as part of our vows he told our story wonderfully, full of humour and it just made the ceremony fun.

I had always wanted to sing to my partner for our wedding (I have the voice of an old crow) and this had always been on my bucket list and needed to be ticked off. I told Ryan the song and it was one he wasn’t familiar with. Ryan practiced the song on both ukulele and acoustic guitar to see which one I preferred. He sent me a video of him preforming it, to make sure it sounded right and then he came around and we practiced it.

Ryan went above and beyond and was so professional. After Ryan finished entertaining I had a number of guests approach me asking where I had found him from as he was fantastic. The energy at our wedding was electric and the whole vibe of the day was happy. I feel so blessed that we were lucky enough to find Ryan Martin to be such an important part of our special day.

Ryan had been our musician for our first 2 proposed dates but due to COVID we had to move them and Ryan was so flexible with us and brought it all together. Ryan was a calming support for us as we navigated the wedding world and gave us direction when we needed it and space when we needed it. On the day, when it finally came, Ryan was a star. A smooth operator during the dinner playing soft acoustic and then when the party was kicking off gave us all the hits including wonderwall for a very drunk friend of ours who would not stop asking. Ryan and the band are stars and a must have for your wedding.

Ryan played at our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier. At our pre-wedding meeting, he was really organised and had a lot of ideas for things we hadn’t thought about.
Ryan was also our MC on the night and sorted timing with the caterer and photographer which made the whole night flow without a hitch and any worry to myself or husband.

All the songs played by Ryan were a fantastic fit for the laid back wedding reception! Very talented musician who would accomplish any wedding ceremony/ reception. Ryan Martin is absolutely incredible! He was recommended to us by a friend to play at our wedding and he did not disappoint. I had asked him to play a particular song as our first dance, and Ryan learnt it and played it just perfectly. All our guests commented on how talented Ryan sang and played. As the night went on and he went on to DJ, the entire room was up and dancing all night long. Ryan you’re truly magical, thank you SO much for making our special day come to life through your music and talent.

Ryan and his band played at our wedding in March and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Ryan communicated with us in the lead up and was so easy to talk to. Nothing was a problem for him. We are still getting comments about how great the band was and it really made our night! Ryan and his band are sensational!

As well as being a great musician, Ryan is a lovely man, we got the impression there was nothing he wouldn’t do for us to help make our wedding great, responding to requests, playing songs the children loved as well as a very varied playlist to keep all ages entertained. Ryan came to visit us weeks in advance and helped set up the itinerary, special requests, etc. which was very helpful, it made working out how the day would pan out much easier.

Booking our wedding entertainment with Ryan was effortless and uncomplicated. Ryan is a sensational solo artist who provided light background music and MC services during our reception. He was joined later in the night by Jarred and the two of them had the dance floor packed and kept our guests on their toes. Many of our guests have passed on compliments on the entertainment; the playlist was varied and catered to everyone from young children to our elderly grandparents. We would not hesitate to use Ryan for future events and would highly recommend Ryan to others; our night would have not been the same without him.

Ryan really highlighted the atmosphere and emotions. Even the photographers wife started crying when Nadine walked down the aisle to Ryan’s music. The live music was awesome at reception, everyone could freely talk while the music was in the back ground. Later on we had him on the DJ and he had everyone dancing. We couldn’t be happier.

We absolutely loved Ryan for our wedding entertainment. The vibe he created was one of a kind and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He made our night so easy as he continually checked in with us to make sure everything was going to plan. We booked Ryan as our musician and DJ for our wedding at Summergrove this year. We hadn’t heard him play in person but were confident with what we had heard from the content on his social media.. but wow is all I can say, on the day my husband and I were completely blown away by the talent and vibe he brought! Such an amazing musician with the personality to match, a perfect addition to such a special day. The live music was even better than imagined. We had opted for parts of our wedding not be live music (first dance etc). Our only regret is that we wish we had gotten Ryan to play more parts of our wedding live as he truly was an amazing vibe.

We were looking for a ceremony that was light-hearted and fun with someone who could make us all laugh and that Ryan did – he made us all laugh and cry, and laugh again – and it was so important for us to have a celebrant that we could connect with and knew Ryan was the only one for this job. Ryan created our dream ceremony with ease; he was super approachable and guided us through each step of the way moulding the ceremony to our wishes. And on the morning of the wedding Ryan even came around and talked me through it all for one last time to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed heading into the most memorable day of our life! The ceremony that Ryan created was more than we’d ever imagined our day would be – it was 100% us and we couldn’t be happier with how it all played out. Ryan is the perfect fit for modern day weddings, he is a truly amazing human, and we cannot recommend him highly enough!

You made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and created a ceremony that was a true reflection of us. Ryan and his band are very responsive to song requests. The music and vocals are always very smooth, fun and cruisey. At our wedding Ryan switched things up well to ensure the dance floor was kept very busy and lots of fun was had. He was also extremely helpful and adaptive, considering we had to change venues with less than 48 hours notice due to recent floods. Completely recommend him if you’re considering using his services.

Ryan and his band were flawless! All their songs were played to perfection. Booking was soo easy too! I’ve just got to think of another event to host just so I can have them back!

Ryan was amazing to work with and easily accommodated last minute changes. He planned our ceremony to perfection, then he helped us party the night way with an amazing solo and DJ set. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to be such a big part of our day.
